Here’s what you’ll need to make strawberry cheesecake fudge:

This recipe calls for some simple ingredients that are easy to keep on hand. If you like to whip up a batch of something sweet on a moments notice make sure to stock the pantry with these items!

You will need white chocolate chips, cream cheese frosting, butter, strawberry jam, graham crackers, and cooking spray.

For this recipe you will also need an 8×8 baking pan and some parchment paper. I like to use parchment paper to line my baking pans when I’m making fudge because they pull out in one piece and can easily be cut into symmetrical squares for serving.

This recipe has a graham cracker crust so that can be a little tricky. If you don’t want to mess with the parchment paper it won’t change the overall deliciousness of this recipe, so fear not! Just do what works for you!

How to make this no boil fudge recipe:

Preheat the oven to 350°. Line a square 8-x-8” baking pan with parchment paper. Spray with cooking spray.

In a small bowl, mix the graham crackers and 2 tablespoons of the melted butter.

Cover the bottom of the pan with the graham cracker mixture and press with the bottom of a glass. Bake for 5-7 minutes. Allow to cool completely. Set aside

Add butter to the bowl of white chocolate chips. Melt in the microwave in 30 second bursts until completely melted and smooth. Do not cook for more than 30 seconds at a time or you will burn them.

Fold in the frosting and spread mixture evenly into the pan.

Add the strawberry jam to the top of the fudge. Using a knife, swirl the preserves into the fudge.

Cover the baking pan and place in the refrigerator until the fudge is firm, about 3 hours. Place fudge on a cutting board and cut into 1-2” pieces and enjoy!

    1. You could try it. Unfortunately I’m not sure how it would set with homemade frosting so I hate to say it will come out right since I’ve never tried it that way!
