- The first thing we need to do is preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

- In a little bowl combine the sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling! Now we can start on the pies!

- Open the biscuits, you'll need 8 pieces of dough and then flatten them out into about 5 inch round circles, place them on your prepped cookie sheets.

- Put 2 tablespoons of pie filling onto one side of the dough circles. Remember, we need room to fold over the dough to make a half round shaped pie!

- After you fold them over, press the edges to seal, use a fork or your fingers, either will work

- Sprinkle with the sugar mixture and then the pies are ready for the oven.
-Bake the pies for about 20 minutes or until they are very golden brown.
