These delicious apple hand pies are perfect for a quick treat, a breakfast on the go, and more!

– Sugar – Cinnamon – Biscuits – Apple pie filling


Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Prep your cookie sheets by spraying with non stick spray or lining with parchment.


In a little bowl combine the sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling! Now we can start on the pies!


Open the biscuits, you’ll need 8 pieces of dough and then flatten them out into about 5 inch round circles, place them on your prepped cookie sheets.


Put 2 tablespoons of pie filling onto one side of the dough circles. Remember, we need room to fold over the dough to make a half round shaped pie!
