Greek Pasta salad Recipe
– 1 16-ounce box of rigatoni pasta – 1 bottle of Ken’s Steak House Greek Salad Dressing – 1 cup cucumber – 1 cup of cherry tomatoes – 1 cup of red onion – 1 cup of large pitted black olives – 1 cup of banana peppers – 1 cup feta cheese
Add pasta to 6 quarts of lightly salted water. Cook according to the instructions on the bag. Remove pan from stove and drain the water. Add pasta into a large bowl and chill in the fridge. Once pasta is completely chilled, remove from fridge.
Rinse and slice cucumbers and set aside. Rinse and cut tomatoes in half and set aside. Rinse and slice red onions and set aside. Rinse and cut olives in half and set aside.
Add ingredients on top of the cooked and chilled mini penne pasta.
Add in Greek Salad Dressing and toss all the ingredients until well incorporated.
