Making this delicious homemade apple ice cream is easier than you think! Caramel apple ice cream just screams of fall.

It’s perfect for that last end of summer rush that comes before the weather truly turns cold for the winter months!

– Condensed milk – Heavy cream – Vanilla – Apples


Whisk together condensed milk, vanilla and heavy cream.


Mix diced apples, sugar and butter and cook on low for 15 minutes or until apples are soft.


Set aside to cool. When the apple mixture is cooled mix into the cream mixture.


Drizzle caramel on top. Pour into a container and freeze overnight.
