First you need to melt the candy melts in a microwave safe bowl. Using the microwave heat them for 30 seconds a time and stir in between until they are fully melted and the white chocolate is smooth.
Next, use a fork to carefully submerge each Oreo into the chocolate. Tap off the excess liquid chocolate and then scrape along the edge of the bowl or use a knife to smooth out the bottom so it's able to sit flat and have no excess dripping off the edges.
