NO-BAKE PUMPKIN PIE BITES

My easy pumpkin roll recipe is great for fall. Pumpkin roll is also fun year round for a sweet treat!

INGREDIENTS

– Phyllo shells – Pumpkin puree – Whole milk ricotta – Ground cinnamon – Sweetened condensed milk

- In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, ricotta, cinnamon and sweetened condensed milk.

- Whisk until combined. - Fill phyllo shells with a small spoon.

- Refrigerate for an hour before serving.
