White Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge
This white chocolate peanut butter fudge is easy and delicious.
This no cook fudge is made quickly and simply with ingredients you might have on hand already!
– Granulated sugar – Unsalted butter – Sea salt – Heavy whipping cream – White chocolate chips
Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper or foil. Spray with cooking oil and set aside.
In a large microwave safe bowl, in 30 second bursts, heat butter. Stir after each burst. Repeat until butter is melted. Stir in cream.
Stir in sugar and salt.
Using a whisk or mixer, mix marshmallow cream and peanut butter until smooth. Fold in 1 ½ cups of the chips.
