This delicious baked yellow squash recipe is perfect for using those fresh, summer squash!

An easy side dish everyone will love!

– Yellow summer squash – Garlic salt – Ground black pepper – Parmesan cheese

INGREDIENTS

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F and line a baking sheet with foil, parchment paper will also work, and coat it with cooking spray.

Clean the squash and then cut slices that are about 1/4 inch thick. Arrange the slices on the prepped baking sheet with non stick cooking spray.

Sprinkle the squash with the garlic salt, fresh ground pepper, and the parmesan cheese.

Bake for about 20 minutes until the parmesan melts and starts to brown. If they don’t seem to start browning you can broil for a minute or two!
