This blueberry pie ice cream recipe is the perfect combination of two classic desserts in one divine treat!

– Heavy whipping cream – Condensed milk – Blueberry pie filling – Graham crackers


Add heavy whipping cream to a large mixing bowl. Using an electric hand or stand mixer, beat on medium-low for about 3 minutes.


Once it begins to thicken, turn the mixer to high and continue mixing until the consistency of whipped topping.


Next, add the sweetened condensed milk. Fold or mix on low until well incorporated. Add mixture to a loaf pan, filling it halfway.


Then add the blueberry pie filling. Sprinkle with half of the crushed graham crackers.
