Who doesn’t love ice cream? But what’s better than regular ice cream? A homemade cherry cheesecake ice cream!

This recipe is simple and easy to follow and you don’t even need an ice cream maker to make it! It tastes absolutely delicious and is perfect for any occasion.

– Heavy whipping cream – Sweetened condensed milk – Vanilla – Cream cheese


In the mixing bowl of a stand mixer, place the whipping cream, and whip until thick, and stiff peaks have formed.


Next, add the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and cream cheese, and blend until it’s all smooth and creamy.


Now fold in the cherry pie filling, place the ice cream into a loaf pan, and place in the freezer overnight.


When it’s time to serve, scoop the ice cream into ice cream cones, or bowls, spoon any remaining pie filling over the top of the ice cream, and top with a maraschino cherry.
