This pork and yellow squash skillet is an easy dinner.

It's great during the summer when the squash are fresh, you can use any kind of pork you like as well!

– Pork chops – Yellow squash – Tomato sauce – Water

INGREDIENTS

Season pork with garlic salt and pepper. Cook thoroughly in small amount of oil.

Add the onion; cook until it is tender and translucent.

Add tomato sauce and water. Pour into the pan. The liquid should cover the ingredients. If it does not, add more water.

Add squash and cover. Simmer for 30 minutes.
