This strawberry jello salad with cool whip is simple to make, indulgent, and light.

We love a good jello dessert! It’s light, refreshing, and delicious…not to mention it’s super easy to make.

– Vanilla granola cereal – Butter – Cream cheese – Powdered sugar


Add melted butter to granola in a small bowl and mix to combine. Pour 1/4 cup of the granola into the bottom of each of the plastic tumblers.


Let the mixture cool in the fridge while preparing the filling.


In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping until combined.


Spoon or pipe the filling on top of the granola, evenly between the cups. Chill cups in the refrigerator while preparing the gelatin layer.
