This super simple tomato salad with basil is fresh, delicious, and quick. You can have a batch ready in the time it takes to chop everything up and mix!

This recipe is awesome for topping salads, throwing on top of burgers, adding to your salad jars, or to just scoop onto crackers or crunchy veggies for a snack in the middle of the day.

– Tomatoes – Basil – Shallot – Garlic


In a medium bowl add the tomatoes, basil, shallots, and garlic.


Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.


Stir the ingredients and drizzle with olive oil, Italian dressing, and red wine vinegar.


Stir until all ingredients are covered in liquids. Refrigerate for at least a few hours until ready to serve.
