This white chicken chili recipe made on the stovetop is perfect for fall but we eat it year-round!

A white chicken chili beans recipe that the whole family will love. It’s not too spicy, very flavorful, and it doesn’t take too long to cook!

– Chicken – Onion – Jalapenos – Beans

INGREDIENTS

Heat a teaspoon of olive oil in a 6 quart dutch oven over medium heat. Add Onion and saute for 4-6 minutes until lightly brown.

Add Garlic and saute for 30 seconds. Add Chopped or Diced Chicken and saute for 5 -7 minutes.

Add Chicken Broth, Chopped Jalapeños with juice ( minus juice if you don’t want as spicy), Cumin and Oregano.

Bring all ingredients to  a boil and then reduce heat to medium – low and let simmer for 12-15 minutes.
