This quick, easy Strawberry Cheesecake Stuffed Cookies Recipe is made with box cake mix and ready made cheesecake. They’re tasty and simple!

- 15.25 oz Strawberry cake mix
- ½ c Vegetable oil
- 2 Eggs
- 6.6 oz Philadelphia Original Cheesecake Crumble Dessert or 13-14 oz sweetened cream cheese / cheesecake of your choice plus Graham cracker crumbles
- Fresh strawberries for garnish
- Glaze optional
Use your stand mixer to combine the box cake mix, oil, and 2 eggs.
Mix until the dough forms.
Use a medium cookie scoop to make appropriately 12 dough balls on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
Chill in the refrigerator.
Use a small cookie scoop to make 12 portions of the cheesecake ingredient, store them in a medium container, freeze for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 350℉
Place the frozen cheesecake balls in the center of the dough and wrap dough all the way add the cheesecake.
Bake for 12 - 15 minutes.
