Have you ever wondered if you could make cookies with cake mix? The answer is yes, absolutely! You can make delicious cookies with cake mix.

It’s a super simple process too! There’s no muss, no fuss, and you can easily and quickly create flavorful, soft, delicious cookies from a boxed cake mix.

If you have little kids who like to help in the kitchen, this is one of those recipes that will be perfect for them to assist!

For this quick and easy recipe you will need a boxed cake mix of your choosing, some eggs, and vegetable oil. That is all!

You can use whatever kind of cake mix you like, any flavor, and you can add sprinkles or chocolate chips prior to baking if you’d like to spice up your cake mix cookies a little!

Much like the ingredient list, this process is very short and simple. There’s not a whole lot going on and therefore not a whole lot to mess up. If you are not great at baking or if you just don’t like a lot of hassle in the kitchen…this is the recipe for you!

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Mix all of the ingredients together until completely blended. If you want to add baking chips or sprinkles now is the time!

Scoop cookie batter and place on a parchment lined baking sheet at least 2 inches apart. Make sure to give them plenty of space. They will be pretty flat so you don’t want them to run together.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, depending on crispiness desired. I like mine a little bit chewy so I only bake them until they are just starting to get firm around the edges. Keep an eye on them and see how you like yours!

Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 to 7 minutes on baking sheet before transferring to a wire cooling rack.
