How to make my easy cake mix cookie recipe:
Much like the ingredient list, this process is very short and simple. There’s not a whole lot going on and therefore not a whole lot to mess up. If you are not great at baking or if you just don’t like a lot of hassle in the kitchen…this is the recipe for you!
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix all of the ingredients together until completely blended. If you want to add baking chips or sprinkles now is the time!
Scoop cookie batter and place on a parchment lined baking sheet at least 2 inches apart. Make sure to give them plenty of space. They will be pretty flat so you don’t want them to run together.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, depending on crispiness desired. I like mine a little bit chewy so I only bake them until they are just starting to get firm around the edges. Keep an eye on them and see how you like yours!
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 to 7 minutes on baking sheet before transferring to a wire cooling rack.
