What do I need to make crispy chicken egg rolls?
- Ground chicken
- Ginger powder
- Garlic powder
- Coleslaw mix
- Green onions, sliced
- Salt
- Sugar
- Allspice
- Sesame oil
- Egg roll wrappers
- 1 egg, beaten

How to make crispy chicken egg rolls?
In a skillet over medium-high heat cook the ground chicken with ginger powder, garlic powder, and allspice until done.
Stir in the sesame oil, coleslaw mix, and green onions until the coleslaw mix is tender. Cool slightly.
Place about 3 tablespoons of egg roll mix in the center of each wrapper.
Brush the beaten egg along the outside of the wrapper.
Bring two of the corners to the center.
Bring the bottom corner up over the center.
Roll each egg roll up tightly and brush the outside lightly with the beaten egg.
Preheat the air fryer to 400.
Place the egg rolls in the basket and cook for 6 minutes until golden brown.
