Can I bake these instead of frying them?

Honestly I can’t say for sure. I’ve never tried to bake them versus frying them. These are an indulgent treat in our house so I don’t worry too much about making them into something healthy…they’re donut holes so unfortunately they aren’t meant to be eaten as a health food 🙂

If you want to try and bake them I would probably leave them in little chunks instead of rolling them and I would sprinkle the cinnamon sugar on before they go into the oven. If you bake them be sure to come back and let us know how they turned out!
