I only use heavy cream and powdered sugar-never used regular sugar or vanilla-it makes it too sweet-I usually am putting it on something sweet already–I have added Baker’s chocolate unsweetened powder to taste–and also lemon to top lemon curd—yummy..

You only need cream and some powdered sugar. No extra sugar is needed. Vanilla if u like.
Can you freeze this for later use? How long does it keep in the fridge and freezer?
I have never tried freezing it, so I can’t answer to that. It keeps in the refrigerator for a day or two then gets runny. Thanks for asking.
