Yes! The ingredients are important for this one so don’t change them up if you want this recipe to come out properly. Half and half and other substitutes won’t whip up properly.

We couldn’t live without our Kitchen Aid. It was well worth the investment, we’ve had ours for what seems like forever. The same goes with pretty much everyone we know. They really do last a long time and if you bake and cook a lot you’ll get plenty of use out of it! Whipping things and making stuff like shredded chicken are a breeze!

This recipe will benefit from a pastry bag! You can load the finished whipped cream into a pastry bag to pipe it onto your drinks, desserts, and more! Of course you can always just serve it up with a spoon but if you want to make it look fancy there’s nothing easier than a disposable pastry bag!

I only use heavy cream and powdered sugar-never used regular sugar or vanilla-it makes it too sweet-I usually am putting it on something sweet already--I have added Baker's chocolate unsweetened powder to taste--and also lemon to top lemon curd---yummy..
