Do I have to use heavy cream?

Yes! The ingredients are important for this one so don’t change them up if you want this recipe to come out properly. Half and half and other substitutes won’t whip up properly.

    1. I have never tried freezing it, so I can’t answer to that. It keeps in the refrigerator for a day or two then gets runny. Thanks for asking.

  2. I only use heavy cream and powdered sugar-never used regular sugar or vanilla-it makes it too sweet-I usually am putting it on something sweet already–I have added Baker’s chocolate unsweetened powder to taste–and also lemon to top lemon curd—yummy..
