- 1 16-ounce box of rigatoni pasta
- 1 bottle of Ken’s Steak House Greek Salad Dressing
- 1 cup cucumber
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup of red onion
- 1 cup of large pitted black olives
- 1 cup of banana peppers
- 1 cup feta cheese
How to make Greek pasta salad:
Making this quick and easy lunch recipe could not be simpler. Once you prep your ingredients it’s just a matter of combining everything and allowing the dressing to soak into the pasta.
- Add pasta to 6 quarts of lightly salted water. Cook according to the instructions on the bag. Remove pan from stove and drain the water. Add pasta into a large bowl and chill in the fridge. Once pasta is completely chilled, remove from fridge.
- Rinse and slice cucumbers and set aside.
- Rinse and cut tomatoes in half and set aside.
- Rinse and slice red onions and set aside.
- Rinse and cut olives in half and set aside.
- Add ingredients on top of the cooked and chilled mini penne pasta.
- Add in Greek Salad Dressing and toss all the ingredients until well incorporated.
