  • 1 cup chopped ham, -1⁄2 inch cubes
  • 1 cup fresh Pineapple , cut into -1⁄2 inch cubes
  • 3⁄4 cup Provolone cheese chopped into -1⁄2 cubes
  • 1⁄4 cup Red Onion, chopped
  • 1⁄4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce
