How to make strawberry cheesecake cookies

Step 1: Use your stand mixer to combine the box cake mix, oil, and 2 eggs.

Step 3: Use a medium cookie scoop to make appropriately 12 dough balls on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Step 4: Chill in the refrigerator.

Step 7: Place the frozen cheesecake balls in the center of the dough and wrap dough all the way add the cheesecake. Step 8: Bake for 12 – 15 minutes.
