Easy Marshmallow Fudge Recipe
I love an easy fudge recipe…in case you haven’t noticed. I’ve been sharing a bunch of my favorite simple fudge recipes. These are no cook fudge recipes that you can make at home without all the muss and fuss. I’ll share the links to the other recipes below so you can try them all out!
Here’s what you’ll need to make marshmallow fudge:
Making fudge doesn’t have to be some hugely complicated process. To buy fudge in the store or on vacation you’d swear it’s made from pure gold that someone is mining by hand!
The truth is that with a few simple ingredients and an even simpler process to put them all together, you can have a pan of fudge ready in no time for a party, family gathering, or a thoughtful gift!
- 10-ounces of Wilton Color Burst Candy Melts
- 7-ounces of marshmallow fluff
- 1 cup of rainbow sprinkles
- 8×8 baking pan lined with parchment paper
- Cooking spray
Do I have to line the pan with parchment paper?
I would definitely recommend this step. If you want to skip it just make sure you are using a pan that you don’t mind getting scratched up when you try and cut the fudge and dig it out of the pan.
In order to get nice even pieces of fudge that look as great as they taste you’ll want to make sure you line the pan with parchment paper before filling it with fudge.
After the fudge is cooled the block of fudge can be easily lifted out and cut into squares on a cutting board!
How to make my favorite unicorn dessert:
When it comes to unicorn dessert recipes they’re usually complicated. While I enjoy these fun, colorful, rainbow desserts I’m not willing to work twice as hard for them as I would for any other delicious fudge recipe…so just rest easy knowing that this is possibly the easiest no bake unicorn recipe out there!
- Spray pan with cooking spray and cover bottom and sides of the pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- Melt candy melts in microwave in 30 second bursts until completely melted and smooth. Do not cook for more than 30 seconds at a time or you will burn them.
- Mix in the marshmallow fluff.
- Add ½ cup of the rainbow sprinkles.
- Spread mixture evenly into the pan. Add remainder of the rainbow sprinkles and gently press down.
- Cover baking pan with foil and place in refrigerator until fudge is firm.
- Place fudge on cutting board and cut into 2” pieces and enjoy!
How much fudge does one batch make?
One batch of this fudge is about 16 servings. You can cut them up however you like but the nutritional info below is calculated on 16 servings per batch. That’s a 2 inch square piece of fudge per serving!
This is a treat. It’s not something I’d be eating everyday so I don’t usually go into too much detail on servings. You have to do what is best for you so size the pieces up however you see fit and recalculate the nutrition information however you need to in order for the recipe to suit your uses!
