I love to make fudge for my family, it’s a sweet treat that everyone loves. I really enjoy that it’s not difficult to make and it looks great.

It’s like giving someone a special gift that they will love every single time without having to slave over a hot stove or spend a lot of time (that we don’t have) working in the kitchen.

This recipe would also be great if you’re looking for Valentine fudge ideas! Stawberries are basically the unofficial food of Valentine’s Day, so these would be a great option!

Here is what you will need to make this quick and easy fudge recipe:

You will need either fresh or freeze dried strawberries for this recipe. Either one will work great so don’t get too hung up on choosing one over the other. If you can find strawberries that are fresh and taste great, use them, if not don’t hesitate to use the freeze dried ones!

  • 1 12-ounce bag of white chocolate chips
  • 1 14-ounce container of strawberry frosting
  • 1 cup of fresh or freeze-dried strawberries
  • Valentine’s Day colored sprinkles
  • 8×8 baking pan lined with parchment paper
  • Cooking spray

One note about the parchment paper lining…it’s a must in my book. It makes getting the fudge out of the pan in squares a lot easier. You can lift the whole block out and cut it to size instead of digging at it like a caveman with a chisel.

I think using the parchment or wax paper lining helps to keep the pan protected as well. If you are using something other than glass you don’t want to mess it up while trying to cut the fudge after it’s cooled!

How to make no bake strawberry fudge:

This is a really simple recipe. There’s no real cooking or baking involved. What could be better than a dessert that doesn’t require cooking or baking AND still looks this good when it’s done?!

  1. Spray pan with cooking spray and cover bottom and sides of the pan with parchment paper and set aside. If using freeze dried strawberries, crush in a plastic bag. If using fresh strawberries, dice into small pieces.
  2. In a medium size bowl, melt white chocolate chips in microwave in 30 second bursts until completely melted and smooth. Do not cook for more than 30 seconds at a time or you will burn them. Fold in the frosting.
  3. Fold in strawberries.
  4. Spread mixture evenly into the pan.
  5. Press sprinkles into the top of the fudge.
  6. Cover baking pan with foil and place in refrigerator until fudge is firm.
  7. Place fudge on cutting board and cut into 1-2” pieces and enjoy!

How much fudge does this recipe make?

This recipe will make about 16 servings of fudge. The nutritional information is calculated to those specifications. If you make changes to the recipe, if you cut it into smaller or larger pieces, those numbers will vary so make sure to recalculate for yourself if you decide to make alterations to the servings.

Since this is a sweet treat I don’t usually advise how much is one serving. You have to be the judge of that for yourself but cutting the fudge into 2 inch pieces will provide the 16 servings mentioned above 🙂

I love the Misto reusable oil sprayer. It makes buying canned spray virtually unnecessary. You can load it up with whatever kind of oil you like to use and you’ll always have a supply of cooking spray on hand!
