Making fudge doesn’t have to be complicated or difficult. Believe it or not you can make this delicious white chocolate fudge with just a few simple ingredients.

  • 1 12-ounce bag of white chocolate chips
  • 1-14-ounce container of cream cheese frosting
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup of cherry preserves
  • 8×8 baking pan lined with parchment paper
  • Cooking spray

How to make white chocolate fudge with cherries:

Making this delicious fudge is easy and quick. I’ll show you how, step by step, below! Check out this easy recipe and then you’ll be on your way to a sweet treat that makes everyone delighted!

  1. Spray pan with cooking spray and cover bottom and sides of the pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Add butter to the bowl of white chocolate chips. Melt in microwave in 30 second bursts until completely melted and smooth. Do not cook for more than 30 seconds at a time or you will burn them. 
  3. Fold in the frosting
  4. Spread mixture evenly into the pan. 
  5. Add cherry preserves to the top of the fudge. 
  6. Using a wooden skewer or chopstick, swirl the preserves into the fudge.
  7. Cover baking pan with foil and place in refrigerator until fudge is firm. Place fudge on cutting board and cut into 1-2” pieces and enjoy!

This particular recipe will make about 16 servings of fudge if you cut them into 2-inch squares. You can cut the fudge into whatever size pieces you like. This is a treat and therefore I’m not usually considering the “healthy” way to serve these up.
