This is a really easy dip recipe to make. The only thing to keep in mind is that it will need to refrigerate for about 1 hour after you make it. That will allow the peppermint to work its way into the other ingredients and blend together well!

  • 1 package JELL-O White Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 4 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese, cubed, softened
  • 1 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
  • 3 tablespoons mini semi sweet choc chips (divided)
  • 1/4 cup crushed candy canes or peppermint candies (reserve some for topping)
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract

Instructions
