How Do You Make Vanilla Cake Mix Cookies?
Preheat oven to 350°. Line two baking sheets with either parchment paper or silicone baking mats and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, add the cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Using an electric hand or stand mixer, beat together until smooth and completely combined, about 2 minutes.
Using a cookie scoop, portion out the cookie batter, and then roll it into balls.
One at a time, place each ball of dough in the powdered sugar and toss to coat completely.
Place each sugar-coated dough ball at least 3″ apart on the prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden and spread out. Allow the cookies to cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before removing them to a cooling rack to serve.

- 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
Instructions
