What do I need to make cotton candy fudge at home:

If you want to make cotton candy fudge at home you will need Funfetti chips, butter, sweetened condensed milk, LorAnn cotton candy extract, vanilla extract, sea salt, blue and pink food coloring, cotton candy (optional topping), an 8×8 baking pan and cooking spray. A knife, wooden skewer, or chopstick will work great to swirl the mixture together as well!

You can use the handle of a spoon, a toothpick or pretty much anything to do the swirls! The cotton candy extract is easy to grab online with this link.

How to make Cotton Candy Fudge:

This is a really easy recipe Here are some step by step instructions and photos to show you just how easy it is to make cotton candy fudge at home. Everyone will love this adorably sweet treat.

Spray pan with cooking spray and cover bottom and sides of the pan with parchment paper or foil and set aside.

In a medium size bowl, melt white chocolate chips and butter at 50% power in the microwave in 30 second bursts until completely melted and smooth. Do not cook for more than 30 seconds at a time or you will burn them.

Mix in the sweetened condensed milk.

Separate mixture evenly into 2 bowls. Mix in the pink food coloring in one bowl and the blue in the other and mix until the color is thoroughly combined.

Mix in the vanilla and cotton candy extracts, along with the salt.

Alternate adding spoonful’s of each color into the pan.

Using your knife, chopstick, or wooden skewer, swirl the mixture.

Cover the baking pan with foil and place in the refrigerator until fudge is firm.

Ingredients

  • 2 12-ounce bags of white or Funfetti chips
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 6 ounces sweetened condensed milk, divided
  • 1 teaspoon LorAnn cotton candy extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • Pink and blue food coloring
  • Cotton Cady (optional)
  • 8x8 baking pan lined with parchment paper or foil
  • Knife, chopstick, or wooden skewer
  • Cooking spray
