How to make a jello ribbon salad recipe?

Making this jello ribbon salad with condensed milk has a larger list of steps, but don’t let that fool you as it’s actually quite easy to put together!

First, prepare a 13×9 dish with nonstick spray.

Then place each jello color/flavor in a separate bowl along with one packet of unflavored gelatin.

Stir one cup of boiling water in each bowl and stir until dissolved.

In a separate bowl, dissolve two unflavored gelatin packets with the remaining 2 ¼ cups boiling water and stir until dissolved then stir in the condensed milk until well combined. 

Divide the milk and gelatin mixture into 3 equal portions, and set aside.

Begin layering with any color/flavor jello by pouring it into the prepared dish. 

Place the dish in the freezer until it is just set to touch.

Next, add one bowl of the milk/gelation on top of the jello. 

Freeze again until set to touch. 

Continue layering with colors and white, allowing them to set in between layers.

If any of the bowls set too much while waiting you can pop them in the microwave for just a few seconds. 

The top layer should be a colored jello layer.

When all the layering is complete, place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

Ingredients

  • 4 - 3 oz boxes of jello, any flavors/colors
  • 6 packs unflavored gelatin
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 ¼ cups boiling water

Instructions
