Here is what you’ll need to make no bake peanut butter cookies at home:
This recipe only has four ingredients, so along with being no bake it’s also limited ingreidents so you can whip these cookies up on a moments notice to share with guests, provide for fundraisers, or just to snack on yourself.
For my version of no bake peanut butter cookies we will use sugar, corn syrup, peanut butter, and corn flakes! I suspect you could also use Frosted Flakes for an extra boost of sweetness and a little bit of a different flavor but that’s up to you!
How to make the easiest peanut butter cookies:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and add corn flakes cereal to a large bowl. You can also use silpat baking mats if you have them, they work great for everything!
Cook sugar and syrup in a saucepan over medium-heat, until mixture bubbles. Then stir in peanut butter until dissolved and smooth.
Pour peanut butter mixture over corn flakes and gently stir until combined.
Shape mixture into cookies and place on parchment paper to harden, about 15 to 25 minutes
