Here’s what you’ll need to make cookies and cream no bake dessert:

This is a really easy recipe. Most of these ingredients are on hand all the time in our house! When we get the craving for a sweet treat, I know I can whip up this tasty recipe in a short time and everyone is thrilled.

We’ll be using chocolate sandwich cookies like Oreo’s or whatever gluten free variety you like if you need!

We will also need heavy cream, powdered sugar, cream cheese, vanilla, and whole milk. You can check out the full amounts and the instructions in the easy to print recipe card at the bottom of the post!

I love that this recipe is so easy to work with. It’s hard to mess this one up. Add some gummy candies for the kids, and use vanilla cookies if you prefer, you could even use homemade cookies like these Nutella cookies!

How to make Oreo cheesecake parfaits:

In a large bowl, beat heavy cream with an electric mixer until it starts to thicken; slowly add in 1/4 cup of the powdered sugar.

Continue to mix until thickened and stiff peaks form. Pour into a bowl; set aside.

In the same bowl (no need to rinse out), beat the cream cheese until smooth.

Continue mixing and add in the remaining 1/2 cup powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk. Beat until well combined.

With a spatula, gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, until just combined.

Alternate the cheesecake mousse with the cookie crumbs in small tumbler glasses. Continue layering depending on the size of your glasses.

Another individual serving-size sweet treat we like to bring to parties is this Chocolate Parfait Dessert.

Can I make this into one large parfait?

You don’t have to make this into individual servings. If you like you can layer it all in a big trifle dish or glass bowl and just serve it up by scooping it out as you need it.

If you want to give everyone an individual serving you can certainly do it as listed but it won’t taste any worse if you do it all in one larger dish!

For those of you who are taking this recipe to a party or event, making it into one large batch or a double batch can make life a whole lot easier!
