Kitchen essentials for tasty recipes like these easy peanut butter blondies:
When you head into the kitchen to make some of these great recipes (like easy peanut butter blondies) you’ll want to have the best tools on hand. We’ll be using a casserole style baking dish for this recipe and here are some of my other favorite kitchen tools for baking!
I like half sheet baking pans that are quality (hello no noisy pops or sloshed cookie dough from twisting), I line my cookie sheets with silicone baking mats. These are a must when doing cake mix recipes which can settle and become thin at lot easier than traditional cookie dough.
Of course mixing bowls, a mixer, spatula, and some whisks should be on your list if you don’t have ones that you love. I also like to have a set of cooling racks so that my recipes can properly cool before they’re scarfed down by my family!
How to make easy blondies:
First we need to preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper or aluminum foil. After it’s lined you should lightly grease or spray with cooking spray.
Next, mix together the melted butter and the light brown sugar, adding the vanilla extract and the egg and mix again.
Add in the peanut butter next. Make sure all of the wet ingredients are well combined. Add in the salt and the flour last and combine.
Spread the easy peanut butter blondies batter into the pan and make sure it’s even.
Bake for about 20 – 25 minutes, check the middle with a toothpick to see if it’s done. The pick will come out clean when they are done.
Can you believe how easy that was?! These gorgeous blondies are super simple to make and they’re tasty! Everyone devours these and they’re so simple to make I don’t mind when I get requests to make them time and time again.
