Just a few simple ingredients come together to make this easy blondies recipe super tasty. We’ll use unsalted butter, light brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, peanut butter, salt and all purpose flour!

How to make easy blondies:

First we need to preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper or aluminum foil. After it’s lined you should lightly grease or spray with cooking spray.

Next, mix together the melted butter and the light brown sugar, adding the vanilla extract and the egg and mix again.

Add in the peanut butter next. Make sure all of the wet ingredients are well combined. Add in the salt and the flour last and combine.

Spread the easy peanut butter blondies batter into the pan and make sure it’s even.

Bake for about 20 – 25 minutes, check the middle with a toothpick to see if it’s done. The pick will come out clean when they are done.
