To make this no churn ice cream you’ll need sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, vanilla, pumpkin puree, and crushed sugar cookies…that’s it! Can you believe it?!

How to make homemade no churn ice cream:

There’s only four easy steps to making this ice cream. It’s easier than you think I’ll bet and definitely more simple than any pie or cake recipe…maybe just about as easy as this white chocolate peanut butter fudge!

Whisk together condensed milk, vanilla and heavy cream 

Stir in the pumpkin gently until everything is combined.

Fold in the crushed cookies gently.
