You can make this in advance. In fact, I think it gives the flavors time to meld together a bit more. I don’t think you’d have a problem making this up to a few days beforehand.
Though, in our house that’s a dangerous game because someone will likely eat half of it before the party or gathering and then I’m making a new batch anyway!
