Is there an easy way to fill the strawberries with cheesecake filling?
There is an easy way to fill the strawberries. Stuffed strawberries are easy to overlook because of the stuffing bit…that can seem tedious and overwhelming for something like a fruit dessert.
Here’s a pro tip! Just put your filling of choice, Cool Whip, chocolate Cool Whip, cheesecake filling, or even sweetened cream cheese into a plastic freezer bag. Press the filling down towards one corner. Fill it up but leave enough space that you can twist the top closed!
Now just snip off the very end of the bag and you’ve made a quick and easy pastry bag. Now you’ll be able to pipe the filling into the strawberries with one hand and use the other to quickly pick up and replace the strawberries as you go along.
Can I make these cool whip stuffed strawberries?
You can and the process is not much different! Instead of using the filling as listed to fill your strawberries you can use a cool whip for the filling. They sell it in tubs at the grocery store. It’s super easy and you can make a batch of stuffed strawberries in no time at all.
How do I make these chocolate covered strawberries?
Turning these into chocolate covered stuffed strawberries is easy. Before you fill your strawberries with cream cheese, cheesecake, or Cool Whip, use a toothpick or a fork to dip them (only about 3/4 of the way) into dark or milk chocolate that has been melted.
Place them on wax or parchment paper to harden. You can refrigerate to speed up the process. Once they are chocolate covered you can pipe in your filling of choose and assemble as normal!

Definitely a pastry bag. If you don’t have one you can use a plastic freezer bag! Also, a huller will help clean the strawberries faster as well.
