I always order lemon water when I’m out to a restaurant. Now I’m showing you how to take that up a notch at home. This great lemon water recipe is unique, delicious, and has some great added benefits thanks to the secret ingredient!

Why should I drink water?!? 

There are many reasons to try and drink more water! It is the main ingredient in our bodies afterall…But drinking water might be a challenge for you, I know it is for me!

Sometimes plain water is just not really what I am thirsty for, it feels a little plain at times! This Lemon Balm Water is a great way to get over that “plain water” hump.

Is this an easy to make drink recipe? 

Lemon balm water is easy to make, you can easily whip up a whole batch to keep in a pitcher in the fridge, and there are so many great benefits to drinking lemon balm water.

Over the last few months I’ve seen TONS of these water recipes pop up but none of them are quite like this one. This recipe contains some lemon balm leaves which give it an extra zing and loads of extra flavor and benefits!

Can I drink this water recipe while I workout? 

It’s the perfect addition to a workout routine or just a great way to encourage yourself to drink plenty of water on a daily basis! You can drink this delicious water recipe anytime you’d normally drink water or a sports drink.

What’s the secret ingredient in this lemon water recipe? 

It’s the lemon balm! It’s way more beneficial than just the plain old lemons and lime. The flavor is so unique and it has some potential added benefits. 

How is this different from just putting lemon in my water? 

We’re mixing it up on you and adding some lemon balm leaves. They add some flavor, and a lot of great benefits! You can certainly just add lemons to your water if you want but this is a great way to take your water to the next level 🙂 

Ingredients Needed for my Secret Ingredient Lemon Balm Water:

Serving Size – 1 8 oz Glass

  • Water
  • Lemon Slices
  • Lime Slices
  • 6 or 7 Lemon Balm Leaves, Minced
  • Ice

Directions for Secret Ingredient Lemon Balm Water:

  1. Place lemon and lime slices into the glass and fill with ice.
  2. Fill with water and add in the minced lemon balm leaves.
  3. Using a spoon mix the water.
  4. Enjoy!
