This recipe uses graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, heavy cream, frozen peach slices that are thawed, and fresh mint leaves (optional garnish).

How to make peach no bake cheesecake:

Let’s dive in and take a look at the step by step instructions for making this tasty no bake peach cheesecake. It’s a layered dessert that is simple to prep and serve. It’s delicious enough to serve year round and because we are using frozen peaches you don’t have to worry about finding fresh fruit that is out of season!

Melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl and stir in graham cracker crumbs and sugar until well combined.

Press the mixture firmly into a 9×9 dish and then place in the freezer for 15 minutes to set the crust.

In a large bowl use a mixer (or in the bowl of a stand mixer) to combine cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.

Add in the vanilla and mix until well combined.

Pour in the heavy cream and mix until thick and fluffy. This can take a few minutes, the cream will puff up like you are making whipped cream!

Spread half of the mixture into an even layer across the crust.

Next, layer in the sliced peaches over top of the filling mixture, reserving about 10 slices for the top layer of the no bake peach cheesecake.

Spoon the remaining filling on top of the peaches and carefully spread the mixture into an even layer.

Arrange the remaining peaches on top of the filling to complete the final layer of the no bake peach cheesecake.

Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 2 hours to set. Overnight is a better option and will ensure that everything is set properly and ready to cut and serve. If you are serving this on a hot day I would definitely recommend letting it set up overnight.
