Making a batch of these bacon wrapped beef bites for lunches throughout the week is quick and easy. I like to portion them out with salad, fresh or steamed vegetables, and some sauce. It’s easy to heat them up or eat them cold later in the week.

This is a hearty recipe that holds up well in the fridge. If you have leftovers from dinner, or a party tray just pop them into bags or containers for an easy on the go snack. • 4 oz. Monterey jack cheese cut into ½ oz. cubes
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
