Here’s what you’ll need to make these bacon cheeseburger lollipops:
As with any great recipe…in my opinion…there’s nothing fancy going on here. You’ll need some simple ingredients that you can get pretty much anywhere. Don’t worry about the Monterey Jack cheese. It’s not overpowering and it’s not an overly spicy recipe. If you prefer something milder you can substitute it.
- Lean ground beef
- Slices of bacon
- Monterey jack cheese cut into ½ oz. cubes
- Worcestershire sauce
- Garlic powder
- Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers
