This pretzel almond bark with m&ms is so cute but it’s also kind of tedious to prepare if you want to create the designs. They are very sweet and definitely a must if you want an ornate treat to share with friends, family, or kids especially.

If you want to make this springtime pretzel almond bark without all the muss and fuss you can just put the toppings on randomly and you don’t have to create the intricate designs of butterflies and flowers. While they are cute, they don’t really change how the recipe tastes, promise!

No matter which preparation you choose the ingredients will stay the same so you don’t have to worry about anything changing if you decide not to decorate the bark with the designs for spring.

What is spring bark?

This spring bark is just like any other candy or chocolate bark in the it is a candy or chocolate base that is spread out thin and then topped with candy, decorations, and icing before being chilled so that it solidifies.

Once it is solid again it’s broken up into chunks of “bark” so that it can be served up and enjoyed like candy or chocolate chunks. This really simple recipe is fun to make and you can easily adapt it to any season you want to celebrate.

Pretzel almond bark with m&ms uses a lot of fun ingredients that are adorable for Easter celebrations so keep that in mind if you need a treat to help celebrate or for snacks to include on your dessert table for the upcoming holidays.

Kitchen essentials for tasty no bake recipes:

When you head into the kitchen to make some of these great recipes you’ll want to have the best tools on hand.

Of course mixing bowls, a mixerspatula, and some whisks should be on your list if you don’t have ones that you love. I also like to have a set of cooling racks so that my recipes can properly cool before they’re scarfed down by my family!

I like these casserole dishes from Pyrex which are great for no bake recipes and for all your favorite dinners, brownies, cakes, and more.

You can’t go wrong with some good sharp knives and a cutting board. They will always come in handy in the kitchen for recipes of any kind, even desserts!

How do I make this spring bark the easy way?

Just break up your pretzels and then after the melted chocolate is down on your pan instead of worrying about making designs just go crazy! Sprinkle all the ingredients and treats on top of the wet chocolate and lightly press them in until they are set and then go through the process of letting the bark chill!

It’s easy to just decorate the bark a little wild and crazy. If you have little kids that want to help you can just go ahead and let them put the toppings on however they think it looks good! It will all taste the same in the end so it’s okay if you don’t want to deal with making the cute designs first.
